1. What do I do if something is wrong with my conference (i.e. cannot get into call, audio quality, etc)?

If you are in a Live Conference, you can press 00 to reach an Operator who can assist you with any conferencing issue you may have OR you can contact us at 1-877-752-3400 and speak to a customer representative regarding the problem you are having.


2. How do participants join my conference?

Distribute your assigned toll-free number and Conference ID that is included in your welcome kit. Your 800# is on your Conserto Calling Card, and the Conference ID is typically your 10 digit work phone number. All participants including yourself will dial into the same 800# and then they will enter your conference ID. International callers should dial the non-800# assigned to your account.


3. I want to get my own Automated conference account with Conserto! How can I?

Call us @ 1-877-752-3400 and we can provision your account immediately. Or you can go to our NEW USER page on our website. http://www.conserto.com/conserto/new_user.html


4. How can I add additional Subscribers to my account?

Contact us @ 1-877-752-3400 and a customer representative will assist you. If you are the group administrator for your company, you can log into your administrator account on our website http://www.conserto.com and make these changes yourself.


5. Do I need to make a reservation to have a conference?

Absolutely not, your automated conference is available for you to use at any time 24/7.


6. How many people can I have join my automated conference?

Your account profile has a setting for the maximum number of callers you allowed in your conferences. If you are unsure of the number of participants your profile is set up for, you can log into your account and verify the number. If you need to increase your profile capacity, contact us @ 1-877-752-3400 and we will be glad to immediately increase your capacity.


7. Can I control my conference using commands on my phone keypad?

You can! The commands are located on the back of your Conserto Calling Card and on our website http://www.conserto.com/conserto/auto_manual.html. You can also hear a list of commands while in conference by pressing **. You may also control your conference even further by logging into your account on our website www.conserto.com


8. Can I record my Automated conference and when will the recording be available?

You can record your automated conference at any time throughout your conference. You can start the recording by pressing *2 on your telephone or you can log into your account on our website www.conserto.com and start your recording. The conference recording is available three ways immediately after your call; downloading a wav file, streaming, and calling into a playback recording over the phone. Please verify your contract for the associated charges.


9. Who do I contact regarding billing questions?

Contact us @ 1-877-752-3400 and a customer representative will be able to assist you immediately or you can go to our website to email us at info@conserto.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

2. What different enhanced options are available with my operator assisted call?

There are many features that are available to you regardless if your call is operator assisted or automated. Here is a list of the most popular enhanced features we offer:


Services
Question and Answer Session (Q&A)This allows participants to signal the host that they have a question by dialing #3 on their telephone. The host can then selectively allow callers in the Q&A queue to ask their questions.
RecordingThis user defined selection will record the conference call. This recording is available in three ways immediately after your call; downloading a wav file, streaming over the web, and by calling into a playback recording over the phone.
TranscriptionA word document of the transcribed call is sent to the subscriber within 3 days after the call.
StreamingLive calls are encoded in real-time and made available via the web for people to listen.
PlaybackCallers can call into Conserto and listen to a previously recorded call.
Participant listAll details of a completed conference call are available via the web, including a list of all participants that attended the call.
Sub-conferencingAllows selected participants to become a separate conference from the main conference, and then later be joined back to the main conference.


3. Do I need to make a reservation for my operator assisted conference?

Yes, we do require that you have a reservation for any of your operator assisted conferences. We prefer 3 days notice, but can accommodate most requests in a shorter time. You can call us @ 1-877-752-3400 or you can go onto our website http://www.conserto.com/conserto/reservations.html to make your reservation.


4. Can I have the same person conduct my conference each time?

Absolutely, we understand the need to have an experienced individual that understands your needs and requirements on each of your conference calls. You will have a Call Partner that is dedicated to your account and will conduct and reserve all aspects of your conference calls.


5. How can I ensure that only the people I want to listen to the conference are on the call?

You can provide us with a list of specific participants that are only allowed onto the call. If anyone else tries to dial into your conference, they are noted and either turned away or we can set up a screening conference for you.


6. How can I access my recordings?

There are 3 different ways that you can access the recording of the conference call 1) download the wav file, 2) access the streaming file, and 3) calling into a playback recording over the phone. Please verify your contract for the associated charges.
